These terms apply to the B-IT PulseWork application and govern how authorized personnel may access and use the app.

Section 01
Usage
This application is intended for internal organizational use only. Access is granted exclusively to authorized personnel of BI Technology and affiliated entities. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Section 02
User Responsibilities
By using B-IT PulseWork, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
- Use the application responsibly and in good faith
- Not misuse alert or notification features
- Not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system
Section 03
Account Management
- Each user is solely responsible for their own account and credentials
- CXO and Admin users are granted elevated access privileges and bear additional accountability
Do not share your account credentials with anyone. Report suspicious activity to your administrator immediately.
Section 04
Feature Usage
- Daily task updates must be submitted before 10:00 AM each working day
- Status must be updated on a daily basis
- The alert feature must not be abused or used for non-legitimate purposes
Section 05
Data & Monitoring
User activity including status updates, task entries, and system interactions may be monitored by authorized administrators for performance tracking, accountability, and operational purposes.
Section 06
Restrictions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:
- Abusing or spamming the alert system
- Harassing, intimidating, or targeting other users
- Manipulating productivity scores or system behavior
Section 07
Limitation of Liability
AS IS The application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BI Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.
Section 08
Termination
Access to B-IT PulseWork may be suspended or permanently terminated at any time, with or without notice, in the event of misuse, violation of these terms, or at the discretion of authorized administrators.
Section 09
Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
