The case journey

One File, From Enquiry to Invoice

A case does not live in someone's inbox, a spreadsheet and a folder on a desktop. It lives in one record that moves through the firm with its history attached.

  1. Enquiry arrives

Captured from any source — walk-in, referral, campaign — with the client record created or matched automatically.

  2. Scope agreed

Scope of work, case number, contract justification and order items recorded before anyone starts work.

  3. Assigned to a lawyer

Routed to an attorney or consultant with a due date. The request box only holds what nobody owns yet.

  4. Reviewed and approved

Submitted for review, decided against an SLA, and returned or signed off — with the decision on the record.

  5. Billed and collected

Contract value, payment plan, instalments and collection status — tracked against the same case.

Confidentiality

Who Can See What — Decided by You

Client confidentiality is not a setting you bolt on afterwards. Every role is built on least privilege: people reach the modules their work requires and nothing else.

Eight roles out of the box

  • General Manager

Firm-wide visibility, approvals and financial oversight.

  • Department Head

Their department's caseload, assignments and review queue.

  • Attorney

Assigned cases, documents and the work they submit for review.

  • Consultant

Advisory assignments and the files attached to them.

  • Secretary

Intake, scheduling, meetings and client coordination.

  • Accountant

Contracts, instalments, collection and expenses — not case content.

  • Marketing

Segments, leads and business-development activity only.

  • Administrator

Users, roles, permissions and firm settings.

Roles are editable — grant or revoke any module per role without touching code.

Nothing slips

The Dates That Cost You Cases

A missed hearing is not an inconvenience; it is a claim. Law 360 watches the calendar so your people do not have to hold it in their heads.

  • Automatic reminders

Notice before a case date falls due, by email and in-app, re-armed if the date moves.

  • Review SLA

Submissions are timed against a service level, so nothing waits silently in a queue.

  • Exceptions board

Overdue, unassigned and at-risk work surfaced in one place instead of being discovered late.

  • Shared calendar

Hearings, meetings and appointments visible to everyone who needs them.

  • Workload view

See who is carrying too much before a deadline is the one that tells you.

  • Court and client meetings

Scheduled with participants, agendas and follow-up recorded against the case.

Getting paid

From Contract Value to Cash Collected

Most firms know what they billed. Fewer know what they are owed, by whom, and since when. That gap is where the money goes.

Case 2026/0418

Commercial dispute

Contract value

180,000SAR

Collected

120,000

Outstanding

60,000

Payment plan

  • On filing

  • On judgment

    60,000 SAR

    Due 15 Apr

Every figure above sits on the case record, with its invoice attached.

  • Contract and stage

Value, stage and justification recorded on the case, not in a side spreadsheet.

  • Payment plans

Split a matter into instalments with due dates and amounts, fixed or percentage.

  • Collection status

Collected and uncollected marked clearly on every financial record.

  • Expenses and cost centres

Firm spend captured, approved, and attributed to the cost centre that bears it.

  • Accounting attachments

Invoices and receipts filed against the record they belong to.

  • Financial reporting

What is contracted, what is collected and what is outstanding — at a glance.

Accountability

Every Action Logged and Attributable

When a client asks what happened and when, the answer should take seconds — not a search through inboxes.

  • Who

The user behind every create, edit, assignment and decision.

  • What

The record touched and the change made to it.

  • When

    Timestamped and immutable, in order.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What firms ask us before they move.

  • Yes. Access is granted per role and per module, and roles are editable. An accountant can reach contracts and instalments without reaching case content; a department head sees their department's work and not another's.

  • Yes. The entire interface is right-to-left in Arabic, including reports and printed documents, and staff can switch language at any time without losing their place.

  • Law 360 notifies the people responsible before the date falls due, by email and in-app. If the date is rescheduled the reminder re-arms automatically.

  • Yes. A matter can be split into instalments with their own due dates and amounts, and every financial record is marked collected or uncollected.

  • Every create, edit, assignment, review decision and permission change is recorded with the user and a timestamp, and the history cannot be edited.

  • Yes. Team chat with file attachments is built in, so case discussion stays attached to the firm rather than scattered across personal apps.

  • A typical firm is live within a few weeks. Migrating existing client and case data and training your staff are available as part of the rollout.

  • Google Workspace is supported for calendar and mail, and an API is available for anything else. Tell us what you run and we will confirm what is involved.
