Project Overview · Not Yet Delivered
AI Marketing Operations Platform
A proposed bilingual workspace for coordinated marketing planning, human-approved publishing, and group-level oversight across six subsidiary teams. This project has not yet been delivered.
Proposed services: Proposed marketing audit, bilingual AI-assisted planning, approval workflows, platform integrations, and reporting

The challenge
A group with multiple subsidiary marketing teams needs a clearer way to coordinate planning, content review, publishing activity, and reporting while preserving each team's workspace. The proposed discovery phase would first assess current marketing maturity, connected accounts, permissions, and operational requirements before confirming integrations or workflows.
The proposed solution
The proposal outlines an Arabic- and English-language marketing operations workspace with separate workspaces for six initial subsidiaries and shared group-level governance. Its security-first architecture is proposed to keep the control plane and primary data on premises, with restricted cloud GPU inference routed through an AI Security Gateway. This is a proposed design, not an implemented or deployed system.
The project is at the research and proposal stage and has not yet been delivered. The overview describes planned scope only; it does not claim implementation, launch, adoption, or business results.
The planned workflow
The intended workflow combines account monitoring and content planning with required human review before any supported publishing action.
- Review marketing maturity, account access, permissions, and operating needs during discovery.
- Monitor connected first-party accounts through approved official APIs, subject to platform access and permissions.
- Prepare Arabic and English caption, post, and campaign drafts, then organize them in a content calendar.
- Route every draft through mandatory human review and approval before scheduling or publishing where supported.
- Track activity, reporting, and operational exceptions with an auditable history for authorized teams.
Proposed capabilities
The updated proposal describes the following base-scope capabilities. Final platform selection and integration availability remain subject to discovery, official API support, account permissions, and approval.
- Marketing audit and maturity assessment to inform priorities and an operating plan.
- Separate subsidiary workspaces with shared group-level oversight and governance.
- Monitoring of connected first-party social accounts using official approved APIs; up to three priority platform families are to be confirmed after discovery.
- AI-assisted Arabic and English drafts for captions, posts, and campaigns, with a content calendar and mandatory human approval.
- Scheduled publishing only where official platform APIs support it, plus dashboards, reporting, operational exceptions, and audit history.
Scope boundaries and open decisions
The base proposal does not include AI video creation, autonomous public replies, unrestricted publishing, broad public-web listening or competitor intelligence, SEO, or replacement of all existing client systems. Reply assistance is limited to drafts for human review; the platform is not proposed to post public replies autonomously.
Specific platforms, the role of Obsidian, website functions, external-AI policy, support arrangements, and any joint-venture relationship remain open for confirmation. Integrations depend on official API capabilities, approvals, permissions, and discovery findings.
Intended operational value
The intended value is a more coordinated and reviewable marketing process: clearer ownership across subsidiary teams, organized bilingual content planning, human control over publishing, and shared operational visibility. These are goals of the proposed project, not measured outcomes; no delivery, efficiency improvement, savings, audience growth, or campaign performance is claimed.
