AI Marketing Video Generation Platform
A proposed bilingual platform for AI marketing videos, reusable character profiles, model selection, and multi-level approvals. This project has not yet been delivered.
Proposed services: Bilingual web platform design, AI video provider integration, and content approval workflows

The challenge
Marketing video creation needs a repeatable path from a creative brief to an approved asset. Teams must manage prompts, character references, model choices, revisions, and final review together. AI outputs can vary between generations, making visual consistency and clear approval ownership important design considerations.
The proposed solution
B-IT’s proposal defines an internal web platform with Arabic and English interfaces for authorized marketing teams. The proposed scope combines AI video generation, selectable provider models, reusable UGC-style character profiles, structured prompt and style controls, a searchable video library, and multi-level review and approval.
The project has not yet been delivered. These sections describe the proposed functionality and intended workflow; they do not confirm implemented modules, a production launch, or achieved outcomes.
The planned workflow
The proposed process keeps draft creation, revision, approval, and final download within one controlled workflow.
- Prepare the campaign brief, prompt/style instructions, and any approved character references.
- Select an available AI video model, length, and quality settings, then generate a draft.
- Submit the draft for review; reviewers add comments or request changes.
- Revise or regenerate the video, resubmit it, and obtain the manager’s final approval or rejection.
- Keep approved versions distinct from drafts and make approved assets available for export or download.
Proposed capabilities
The proposal covers the following capabilities; their inclusion here is not a claim that they have been delivered.
- AI video creation: text-to-video and reference-based generation, campaign organization, length and quality settings, draft regeneration, and final export.
- Model selection: available provider models, quality/cost-level comparisons, model usage tracking, and administrative control over model availability.
- Reusable character profiles: appearance, clothing, style, and personality notes, reference attachments, and character selection across videos.
- Prompt and style controls: templates, brand instructions, tone, scene direction, and character-use guidance.
- Approval controls: submission, comments, revision tracking, approval/rejection, status history, and pending-review notifications.
- Video asset library: previews, search and filters by campaign/user/character/date/model/status, revision history, draft/approved separation, and approved-video downloads.
- Role-based access: distinct permissions for super administrators, administrators, creators, reviewers, approvers/managers, and viewers of approved content.
- Platform administration and integrations: generation/approval history, usage and basic provider-cost tracking, settings, AI video APIs, cloud storage, authentication, and email or in-app approval notifications, with Arabic RTL and English LTR interfaces.
Scope boundaries and AI limitations
Standalone image/photo generation and standalone social-media copywriting modules are outside this scope. Voice/audio generation and lip sync are optional or limited possibilities subject to requirements confirmation and provider-specific validation, not confirmed core capabilities.
Character profiles, references, and controlled prompts are intended to improve repeatability, not guarantee identical appearance, voice, or lip sync. Output quality also depends on model capabilities, provider limits, references, prompts, and generation settings. Human review for brand, legal, and content suitability remains necessary before public use.
Intended operational value
The intended value is a clearer production and review process: reusable creative references, visible revision ownership, controlled final approval, and an organized library of video assets. These are project goals, not measured results; no delivery, efficiency improvement, savings, or output-consistency outcome is claimed.
