The challenge

The proposed initiative aims to connect event operations with year-round member participation. Event information, schedules, registration, attendance, and certificates need to work alongside member profiles, participation history, professional connections, and community updates, with administrators able to manage these activities in a coordinated way.

The proposed solution

The updated scope outlines a bilingual, responsive digital platform with an event-management application, an attendee portal, an administrator workspace, and a permanent member-community area. A companion mobile application is described as optional. The project has not yet been delivered; all features on this page describe planned scope rather than an implemented service.

The planned workflow

The planned experience connects event preparation and attendance with the member’s continuing profile and activity record.

  1. Administrators prepare event pages, schedules, sessions, speakers, exhibitors, and announcements.
  2. Attendees register, sign in to a personal dashboard, and access event information, updates, and feedback forms.
  3. Attendance and event participation are reflected in the member’s activity history and certificate area.
  4. Members manage their profiles, explore permitted member-directory information, and review community updates and achievements.
  5. Administrators oversee events, membership, recognition, notifications, and engagement reports from a shared control area.

Proposed capabilities

The updated scope proposes these core modules; their mention does not mean they have been built or launched.

  • Event pages with registration and login, personalized attendee dashboards, schedules, sessions, speakers, exhibitor information, notifications, announcements, and feedback forms.
  • Member profiles and dashboards covering membership history, event participation, certificates, achievements, and activity tracking.
  • A member directory with configurable visibility and filters such as expertise, location, and industry.
  • A recognition system for badges, including administrator controls and a record of badges received or awarded; points or rankings are conditional options.
  • Certificate generation, a verification code or unique identifier, and a member certificate archive.
  • Administrative controls for events, sessions, speakers, member approvals, content, announcements, analytics, and exportable engagement and attendance reports.

Scope boundaries and options

The member-to-member social feed, direct chat or internal messaging, and points or ranking are identified as optional or conditional elements, not confirmed core features. Mobile delivery is also optional in the updated scope. Access to member-directory details is intended to follow the selected visibility and permission settings.

This overview omits the client’s identity and all private commercial or partnership terms. It does not claim delivery, deployment, adoption, event results, increased engagement, or other measured outcomes.

Intended operational value

The intended value is a connected way to manage event logistics while sustaining a member community between events. Centralized records, certificates, activity histories, and administrative reporting are proposed to help teams coordinate participation and recognition; these are goals, not verified results.
