Madar Al-Khair Digital Slaughterhouse Operations System
A completed operations platform for Madar-Al-Khair Trading Co., connecting POS orders, processing stages, QR-based customer tracking, camera views, IoT controls, and administrative oversight.
Services provided: POS order and invoicing workflow, customer tracking portal, processing-stage controls, camera monitoring, IoT controls, and operational reporting

The challenge
Madar Al-Khair needed a connected way to follow customer orders through a multi-stage slaughterhouse operation. Point-of-sale intake, processing progress, customer updates, camera visibility, physical controls, and administrative follow-up needed to work together across operational locations.
The delivered solution
B-IT delivered a digital operations platform combining POS order registration and invoicing, a customer portal for order progress, an administrative dashboard, a shared camera view, and physical IoT controls for process-stage updates. The implementation also covers notifications, customer feedback, role-based access, operational logs, backups, and reporting. Installation, production go-live, and handover are complete.
From order to delivery
Staff register an order at the POS and customers can follow it by QR code or order ID. The workflow tracks slaughtering, skinning and internal cleaning, medical inspection, cutting and processing, then packaging and delivery. IoT controls update stage status, while authorized users monitor orders, camera views, feedback, service needs, and reports.
- Configure named processing stages and update progress through physical start/complete controls.
- Deduct packaging-bag inventory according to the quantity of each order, with product and service categories.
- Raise location-based service and support tickets with priority and requested dates.
Key capabilities
The completed scope brings customer-facing order visibility and internal operational controls into one coordinated system.
- POS order and invoice workflow with customer lookup by QR code or order ID.
- Stage-by-stage progress, shared camera viewing, and IoT status controls.
- Administrative monitoring, role-based access, customer feedback, notifications, and operational report exports.
- Configurable processing stages, per-order packaging inventory deductions, and location-based service tickets.
Operational value
The system gives customers and operations staff a shared view of order progress while connecting physical process updates with POS records and administrative follow-up. Managers can review operational status and site-service needs from the same platform. No quantified savings or performance figures are claimed.
